As a Co-Founder of Mosaic Law Firm, Orlando strives to stand with his clients and provide them with competent representation in all their legal matters.  Orlando was raised in Panama City, Florida, but he relocated to Orlando, Florida where he attended the University of Central Florida. He graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Upon completing his undergraduate degree, Orlando enrolled at Florida A&M University College of Law.

While attending Florida A&M University College of Law, Orlando was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship, awarded for academic achievement, and was active in multiple organizations, including serving as 3L Recruitment Chair for the Advocacy Board, 2L Representative for the Black Law Students Association, and Co-Director of Corporate Relations for the Southern Region of Black Law Students Association. Orlando was also a member of the Florida A&M University College of Law Negotiation Team.  In May 2015, Orlando Graduated from Florida A&M University College of Law with cum laude honors, and was admitted to practice law in Florida in September 2015.

Orlando has a diversified array of legal experience. While in law school, he interned in an in-house legal role, where he worked in corporate compliance.  He then worked as a law clerk in a prominent personal injury firm in the Orlando area, learning the ins and outs of automobile accidents. Orlando also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Robert J. Egan of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. As an attorney, Orlando has handled a variety of legal matters – from divorce and time-sharing issues to representing homeowner’s associations.  Through experience, Orlando has developed a passion for representing the injured in personal injury cases and litigating landlord-tenant issues.
